RE:DelistingI dont see this as a negative at all - VFF said in the release that the volume on TSX no longer justifies the time and expense to list on it - seems to be a sensible and prudent move. And given that investors have full access to VFF on Nasdaq, why would there be an issue?
The Bank Act is a compeltely separate issue and has nothing to do with this. Curious why you think there'd be correlation with tax loss selling?

Brutal timing with tax loss selling underway VFF!

Wonder if  VFF will list on another canadian exchange....The USA senate is too slow in changing the banking act :-(
