I had hope in a $90 oil environment but I am writing it off under this pricing. The bank line isn't going to be renewed so it's going to be due in May 2015. This company won't be able to get $110m of refinancing. Best case scenario is PRY gets bought for $0.10/share which includes production, assets, tax pools and debt. Most likely it is between $0.05 and that and it keeps management employed some how. Bank gets made whole and equity holders can take their losses.
