Reading the NR and trying to sort this out as to what the shares are actually worth in the end..does Cardinal Energy not utimately take on the shares after transfer to Virginia Oil?

"Under the terms of the Arrangement, approximately 90% of the oil and gas assets previously owned and operated by Pinecrest have been transferred to Virginia Hills and all of the outstanding shares of Pinecrest ("Pinecrest Shares") have been sold to Cardinal together with certain assets for aggregate consideration of $23.5 million."

So where do our shares end up? with VHO or CJ? and whats the worth...I have emailed CJ and will call to confirm what I may be missing...

If anyone can shed light on this, please do and I as well will post when/if I hear back from the Company.
