Valiant Trust Company, and Breakdown.

It was a split of 100-1, and every PRY shareholder gets 1 VHO share for every 100 PRY shares they held, this entitles you to buy 8 VHO Arrangement Right shares at 0.25 cents for every VHO share held. Example: 100,000PRY shares = 1000 VHO shares now = the ability to buy 8 x 1000 Arrangement Rights Shares = 8000 @ 0.25 cents = will cost you an additional 2k.

How do you about making the 8K shares purchase. By calling the # provided? When is the stock going to start trading again anyone know?

I just called my bank investment account, and informed me that within few business days, my PRY shares will be converted to VHO shares. Conversion - they got no idea. They say, it will be 1 = 1

Guys, the brokerages have no idea, that is correct, they can't make assumptions. BUT, my understanding is (as per PRY News Release dated March 4, 2015). Every 100 PRY shares will become 1 VHO share. You then have the option to buy 8 Arrangement Right (Warrants) of VHO at a deemed price of 0.25 cents. You will have to call your broker after the conversion takes place and tell them you wish to ...more

Not buying this garbage anymore, not even through arrangement right warrants. This still have chance to go back to 0.005 cents. What are we getting with Virginia hills? Do they have any assets? Looks like management just have changed the ship but still they chosen the sinking one?

I think Virginia Hills actually becomes your company should you choose to part-take in the Arrangement Rights. The cash raised goes towards funding the company moving forward. Im not sure what the debt structure will  look like, but better than what PRY had. I'd like to see a plan of attach from Virginia Hills on production or drilling, i.e. CAPEX...but may have to wait. For now its a ...more

Reading the NR and trying to sort this out as to what the shares are actually worth in the end..does Cardinal Energy not utimately take on the shares after transfer to Virginia Oil? "Under the terms of the Arrangement, approximately 90% of the oil and gas assets previously owned and operated by Pinecrest have been transferred to Virginia Hills and all of the outstanding shares of Pinecrest ( ...more

It is very clear, PInecrest 90% assets went to Virginia Hills and 10% assets sold to Cardinal for 23.5M which will help lower the debt. imo still 90M or more debt left on the company.
Comment by baranja on Apr 19, 2015 5:25pm
Did Cardinal also assumed 10% of debt. I think they took 11 milions in debt too. Should the debt be 80 millions now or 90?  What should be VHO bod now?
Comment by baranja on Apr 19, 2015 5:43pm
Based on what I can see, This could be now: 80 Milion is debt: 1700 bod production 2.2 millon market cap

yep, agreed, expect a Private Placement/Equity Raise. They'll dilute the piss out of this soon enough.
