Doesn't PRY trading pattern remind you of SLG when it was on it's way down before the offer. Anonymous seems to be buying high and then driving the sp lower by selling at a loss.IMO

I have a feeling a low ball offer between 1.50-1.80 will be brought to the table some time over the next month.IMO

For sure the low EV and solid cash flow (>.40) has to look attractive both for the Red Earth play and the cash. Timing would be good as the waterflood has not shown in results, but the water floods could easily add 1,500 bpd for $7 million, those barrels of high net back oil should add takeout value at at least $105,000/barrel or $150,000,000 to EV once they are fully operational - that's ...more

Great post! Good information. Thanks. I believe this is a great entry point as news should be presented shortly. Company has been very quiet.Insider buying should indicate a turn around on incoming releases.A takeover would be great and at the current share price the hawks could well be circiling pry.When news does come out it could be difficult to get in at this price. GLTA
