Timing

TimingThe timing of the halt is hmmm 10min before close on a Friday. Halts protect investors from insiders taking advantage of good news or bad news and give all investors the same advantage when news comes out.. Maybe news on acquiring major financing that would definitely cause a halt... I think it's to early for a unsolicited bid to buy them, they have to let shareholders know what that bid was good or bad.. Bad news could be some major production interruption... Most likely you will read the news and say They halted for this.. hopefully tomorrow we will find out..Glta
