RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:For " VERY" Longs .... We've had the Beast the last two thanksgivings , last Xmas , and will cook it this Xmas .It's great, but we find it  does  best if kept covered ( eg in a Dutch oven)-- more moist that way. It's quite dense and fillling. A couple of slices with holiday trimmings works well. Carnivores in my family like it as much as the vegans
