This is why they sell shares cheaper
They sell the shares at 3.50$ but the company that buys them can't sell them untill it reaches 4.50$ so they are giving a big company a deal for them to receive 10 million dollars right now to finance there new buildings . This works out good for the company helps them out and doesn't add many shares to the float a drop in the pond . People over react . This is good for very good butchers

The company will be getting at least $10M at an elevated share price. Nothing wrong with that. I note that the revised press release no longer says "bought deal".
