This isnt NEW news, its an update on existing news. BUT there is big downside, part of their arrangements with the companies they are engaed in advertising for them, they are paying out shares, options AND warrants, greatly inflating the share count on a monthly basis. Within a couple years, VERY will be need to be doing reverse stock split or their ammount of shares, warrants and options
