CKia: plus another Badass, He has been correct all along. Aggressive short-sellers have been at work since Nazdaq list, to aggressively drive out the weak competitor....CPA/CFO, she is a train wreck for very good butcher.
Dilution did not work, it was an aGressive way leading towards a reverse split, all to generate a mountain of money to be paid in extreme salaries...... like the 750000, 500,000 for personal residence obligations..
