TheInternational Speculator in its Nov. 3, 2011, issue says buy VirginiaMines Inc. at $8.40, officially, "Buy under C$8.00."

The newslettersaid buy the Andre Gaumond play six times between Feb. 1, 2007, and May5, 2011, at prices ranging from $3.89 to $8.94.

Assuming an investmentof $1,000 for each buy, the $6,000 investment is worth a pleasing$9,391.

Given the relatively small gap between the current price and thebuy price, most investors when told to buy would simply pay market.

TheSpeculator's writer goes over the press releases and does not find muchin the way of talking points.

"Story unchanged," he says, adding theshares are holding up well.

Despite his much-repeated affection for thestock and Mr. Gaumond, the writer says he would rather wait for betterprices before adding to his portfolio.

Virginia's projects include LacPau, the Poste Lemoyne extension, Anatacau-Wabamisk, Eleonore regional,Ashuanipi and Corvet Est projects, all in Quebec.

Fellow newsletterwriter Lawrence Roulston said buy four times between July, 2006, andSeptember, 2008, at prices ranging from $3.95 to $7.10, in hisnewsletter, Resource Opportunities.
