So -- I am thinking there will be a royalty rate announced by Judge Davis in or around June 18-25tg,

One more time...

If it is above .75% and closer to 1% for even better 1.25%... I think there will be a devinate upswing of no less than $6.00 dollars in the stock -- or $$30.50 - $31.50...

 

this time... I am selling half my position if and when it gets there.  I am (one of) the lucky ones.  My aveage is $1.79.  Harde to lose. But I will keep my last 4000 shares because I still think there is a chance this goes north of $65.
