RE: Has JE Bought?As far I am concerned , the rules are totally different . The regs are a joke ..... I think no one in Canada has ever been jailed after any kind of wrongdoing in the stock market . As an example , I remember two past offenses : a well known geologist at BRE-X and a well known officer at Corel both of them got almost any penalty compared to what they earned with their illicit trading .....
