RE: Casey Said Sell

RE: Casey Said SellHere's exactly what he said, dated 12/05/2005. It's regretful that these boards want to attack anyone who does anything other than feed the mania. I won't post again or offer to share any thoughts unless it's verbatim from the source. Comments: SELL, BUT NO RUSH— This is great news—exactly what we’ve been waiting for—and the market has responded with a 24% increase in VIA share price. So, why sell? Well, you might not want to sell, if you want to own Goldcorp and want to see if Andre Gaumond can do it again with New Virginia. For my part, I think there are better bets for big returns than Goldcorp, and while the New Virginia may do well, it will take a while to get going. Meanwhile, a lot of investors are piling into VIA, creating an ideal selling opportunity. There is no need to rush for the exits (you could even hold to see if a company like Newmont tries to make VIA a better offer), but rather, sell gently into the volume. We’re closing our position with a 930% gain over our March, 2003 recommendation at C$1.00, and smiling all the way to the bank.
