Sold too cheap?

I've been away for a month so I'm trying to get back up to speed. Question: The deal is worth about $400 millionUS. Based on 4 mill. oz(which is about what they've drilled off as a reserve, maybe more) that works out to about $100.US per oz of resource. Does anyone else think they sold too cheap? TIA
