via/goldcorp deal

I'm interested in what the pros think here as I am holding off on further G purchases waiting for the deaql to go thru to get my G shares. In the interim there are a couple of other "opportunities". What are your expectations for the new VIA ? I haven't seen this discussed for quite some time. Thanks for consideration. r
