a counter offer much more unlikely. I pointed out at the time, the adoption of the posion pill was NOT for our benefit but for management's. Others rattled on about how we could trust Andre to get us top dollar, without the possiblity of competitive bidding, this deal is the end result. We didn't get screwed, will have to wait and see on that, but it isn't the best deal. Next time you get to vote on any shareholders plan, vote NO please.
