BEST AREA PLAY...............

right now appears to be SOI.why ? huge land holdings in the same basin as VIA,recently had some results from grab samples with more on the way.and finally CaSEY has a buy on this stock.Z

What more do you need to know? New Virginia will remain the best area junior play. They are all cashed up and have a proven and skilled management team. Goldcorp is by far the best run senior and I love owning it just to see what Telfer will do next. This is a great deal. My guess is Newmont won`t interfere with the Barrick takeover of Placer Dome or Goldcorp`s buy of Eleanore because they will ...more

I like Eastmain. When Goldcorp builds a mill for the Eleonore deposit they will certainly be interested in the million or so oz's at Eastmain's Clearwater deposit 50km away easpecially since they already have an interest in the company. Also Eastmain share price isn't inflated yet unlike AZM. I also like SOI they are particularly well located East of Roberto. They have had trouble ...more

I'm definately biased, as an AZM shareholder......but AZM has the better business model: They have the largest land position in the vicinity of Eleonore, reputable joint eventure partners that lend validity to the geology in the area - they're also paying ALL the exploration bills (NO threat of dilution for AZM - rare in this sector), a very modest market-cap, and several very active ...more
