The Nong Yao expansion is new/growth stuff....
The Wassana (possible) expansion is extraordinary important in two ways:
1) It's a nice backup, just in case the tax reorganization will fail = Nols only for Wassana.
2) The field would produce longer, than the other fields = they have income then, to use tax deductible Aros from the other fields.
