I read in one of the financial newspapers that the US Fed met today to discuss QE2 and there was some doubt they'd go actually go ahead. In view of that doubt gold took a pounding but after the markets closed the Fed announced QE2 was going to happen. So, we need to see what happens in tomorrow's market to determine whether that writer has interpreted the chicken entrails correctly.
