I know that a person could take advantage of the fluctuations, and don't begrudge anyone who does. For myself, I'm old, old-fashioned, and just don't have time. I had a target price of 22 or maybe 20 in mind when bought a long time ago, and think there's a good chance will get there within a couple years.
