listen to me !!! There is no conflict here!!! I brought this property to VSR's interest three weeks ago .My position as strategic advisor to VSR is to flag good underdeveloped properties for potential aquisitions or options This was one of them. It just so happens it was already under negotiation. It probably took months to conclude ( it was fallout from the failed Toma gold deal 2 years ago!! I like the deposit!. I was told about the deal hours after it was announced . It is a very complicated ( multiple partners which is never easy) 5 year deal and requires a lot of money staged over several years. I am to do substantial due diligence on it as it is a real deposit with lots of upside in our backyard. Put everything together and you will realize there is NO CONFLICT .Ultimately I hope a deal could evolve including VSR under terms that make sence .I'm currently working on several other potential aquisitions but this one has my attention now.There are several companies we can do deals with - you just want to do the right one and that takes time. We have time and money. Victor is an excellent M&A specialist!!. Give him the respect he deserves! He is working for VSR. I only hope I can recommend the right match FOR VSR.
