Shareholder Letter for VMS

Shareholder Letter for VMS

Dear VMS Followers,

Wednesday morning’s release (below) continues the story of our development of the Tower Zone anomaly.  I hope the images are helpful and put some context to the text in the release.

There is more to come. The geophysicists are now preparing plate models in and around the previous drill holes and marrying their work from the last two years with our drill results and Koop’s last two DEEPEM surveys. We will release that set of images and their impact on our drill thinking in the next two or three weeks.

If you did not hear, Michael Winship, President and COO of HudBay Minerals Inc. responded to the RBC analyst’s question regarding the status of the Reed Lake Project in their quarterly conference call this past Friday.  Michael indicated that HudBay was in communications with VMS, but had no progress to report. Obviously, Reed Lake is our most important asset and I can confirm we are continuing that communication, as Michael reported.

The summer mapping and geochem teams are continuing their work in the Snow Lake region. Samples have been shipped to the lab for analysis throughout the summer and we expect analysis on Sails Lake and Copper to be complete in September.

As always, we appreciate your feedback and I look forward to your comments.

Best regards,

Rick Mark
