RE: Look at 2yr chartUsually takeovers/buyouts etc are done after a 43-101,  how can you have an offer when the buyer does not know what he is buying, or the seller does not know what he is selling. HBM or anyone else is not into gambling on what the results may or may not be.  If someone can show some examples of early takeovers etc, I would love to know.  In the meantime, wait for drilling results and then the 43-101, as that is the case 99% of the time before you can get an offer.
