For sure, many retail investors like VMS as its value play, but not one or all of individual retail investors can move VMS without insititution traders in play,,,, Ask youself,,, Can you move VMS up 2 cents by only youself within 2 trading days? Who is manipulating this stock?
DID YOU NOTICE THAT VMS closes lower intraday basis but higher than previous trading day close in a week?
