What makes this such great news is that this isn't some bland bit of corporate speak, a strong and positive position is taken.  

 

The CEO has the parts to put his credibility on the line when he could easily pull the old "on legal advice, I can't comment further as this is before the Courts..." type stuff we have all become so familiar with.
