 Yes, this is a ridiculous lawsuit with even more ridiculous demands.  Vms Ventures will win.  Hudbay Minerals would have made sure the agreement between Vms and the Dunlop property was legitimate in every detail before signing the JV agreement.   There is no case for the dunlops here.
