If you are a legitimate shareholder, I am pretty sure that if you simply picked up the phone, you could get in touch with management--including the CEO.  

 

He is very approachable but, given the sensitivities of the matters you speak of, I wouldn't even bother asking him to comment.  Much you are speaking of is not in the public domain and, I am sure you understand, legal strategies might be in play here.
