I like how Rick addressed this.  He uses clear language and doesn't try to hide behind shadowy double talking statements, like we so often hear in cases like this.  It is a refreshing type of communication.  This type of statement reinforces my confidence that the signed and sealed contract between VMS and Dunlop will be upheld.  

 

Yeah, it sucks that it needs to go this way, but it is correct that VMS stand up for its' position.  I am quite sure that Dunlop was happy with the deal when the deal was signed and then at a later date became unhappy.  When adults, represented by legal counsel, sign a contract it stands.  At least in the Canada I know.  A deal is a deal.
