RE:RE:RE:Decision?Some here are discounting Hudbay Minerals expertise in mining and team of Legal Professionals.
Yes, the Dunlops have been in the mining business for many years.   Let's remember that Hudbay Minerals has been mining and producing mines in Canada, the Manitoba area, and abroad for over 80 years.  You can believe with 100 percent certainty that the Hudbay Legal team would have found any type of litigating and unlawful details had they existed in regards to the Dunlops, especially with this type of Joint Venture deal.   And especially given the nature of the mining business.   This is an opportunistic attempt from the Dunlops.  It happens every day, and thats why this has now entering a  court of law to uphold what is right and just and legal.
