Well , that (letter of intent) would mean that the two comanies have entered an informal agreement so to speak. The terms in the letter of intent- would become law and legally binding once the documents where formally signed by the two companies. Once the terms are legally signed, then both companies must fullfill and honour the commands. The letter of intent is an engagement, the signing of the agreement is the marriage. Once the terms are executed its now a legal binding contract. "execution of the agreement,-legally signing the agreement." Genrally a letter of intent cannot be legally binding-once the contract if fornally signed, well that's a different story.
