Dunlop signed off/A bill of sale to prove it.

Dunlop signed off/A bill of sale to prove it. Do you think that the Joint Venture Agrreement between Hudbay Minerals and Vms Ventures could have been completed if there where any discrepencies in the  Dunlop agreement?  Not likely.   I can bet you there was plenty of Hudbay Lawyers as well as Vms that made sure if its legitimacy   Its a shame that Dunlop didn't do a few VTEM fly-overs before they signed off, but they didn't.   It was some of the best and most up to date technology that discovered the Reed deposit.  Only  it wasn't Dunlop,  it was VMS that poured out the bucks for the state of the art exploration that unearthed the first assay of  high grade copper rmany here remember.   The rest is history.   Again Dunlop sign off because they believed the property was worthless.   Vms Ventures had the expertise and the technology that found the deposit.    I guess, you snooze you lose.    The deal is done. The lawsuit will not stand
