It's BS we the retail shareholder elect the board of directors. You can bet your last dollar almost every Venture Exchange company has majority shareholders be it large funds or very large shareholders who influence the board and it's you scratch my back and I will scratch yours. Who else in their right minds would pay these ridiculous salaries.
As far as awakening, until there are mass changes in the old school thinking rampant on the Venture Exchange this nonsnse will continue until a couple thousand cra p (SH swear police ridiculous)shoots get whittled down to a few legit players.
