Why focus on JUST that $2M bonus? There is a lot more...Those bonus shares are nice but NI has a whole bunch more of marketable securities now that the Silver elephant spinout is done.
- Silver Elephant: 2,005,231 shares worth $2.85MM
- Flying Nickel: 2,005,231 shares worth $1.88MM
- Battery Metals: 4,010,462 shares (not trading BUT it owns 40% of Flying Nickel so the value to NI on that alone is 0.27 about $1MM)
- Nevada Vanadium: 2,005,231 shares; (Not trading yet, so no vlaue today)
So about $5.7MM in securities plus these bonus shares of $2MM so they have close to $8MM just in securities.
So if they can pay off their debt and do a deal on one of their Nickel assets, Victory will have clear path forward.
