Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd is a Canada-based medical device company. The Company is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools that monitor patients with heart disease. It is developing a suite of applications for all heart diseases and imaging modalities, including congenital heart disease, pregnancy, pulmonary hypertension, COVID-19, imaging, and cardiotoxicity in oncology patients. VMS+ enhances ultrasound, providing three-dimensional (3D) technology that allows for visualization of all four chambers of the heart. The system’s proprietary Knowledge Based Reconstruction (KBR) technology creates 3D models of the heart and calculates volumes and ejection fractions equivalent to the gold-standard Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

Like the enthusiam but no company wants to take the chance of running out of capital even with a potential revenue stream going online in the near term (Ascend). I expect a raise as even if Ascend launched tomorrow it will take months minimum to build up adoption, it isnt a light switch. Even with VMS on Ascend's platform someone (Ascend/VMS) has to sell/educate the end users on VMS. That takes time.
