Operations
Despite the intense competition in the payment processing industry, VersaPay continues to build new customer relationships and generate revenue growth. The Company's current sales pipeline includes a number of opportunities that management believes will result in continued growth in customers and revenues over the year. The Company should also benefit if the Canadian economy continues to improve and the economic activity within the Company's merchant base increases.
