I did not look at the proxy statement in order to make a determination as to whether the 10,000-share sale by Mr Short constitutes a sale of his entire position, but even if the sale did constitute his entire position, the dollar amount of the sale is not big.

I do not claim to know the thinking that preceded Mr Short's decision to sell, but I do take a tiny bit of delight this evening in sharing with this board my observation that VersaPay shares have moved higher during the past few weeks.  My intention (subject to change) is to remain long.  I like the story.  Maybe in the long run, Mr Short's decision to sell will be proven to have been wise, but in the meantime, I am pleased to see that the shares closed on 23.11.2012 at 1,40$, which is a 52-week high.  Maybe it is an all-time high too; not sure.

Good luck to all.
