Update from Virtus Advisory on Oct 13

  • VersaPay continues to gain traction among suppliers and end users, totalling 70 and 25,000 respectively. Despite this, the stock continues to hover around the $1.20 mark.

  • For investors this represents a prime opportunity to take advantage of the lack of eyeballs on the stock as of late. While the company has been quiet since the release of their Q2 earnings, we have high expectations that some of the catalysts we’ve been preaching will come to fruition. This includes:
    • A partnership with a Tier-one Canadian bank
    • Existing live suppliers expanding the ARC platform to other channels and businesses

  • On news of the first point, we have no doubt the company’s stock would quickly react and head north towards Haywood’s target of $1.60. Talks between a Tier-one Canadian bank are heating up with VersaPay and we have high expectations that this will work out well for the company.

VersaPay drives revenue on 2 primary fronts. To keep it simple at first, let's just look at the direct sales process.  VersaPay approach a business (i.e. suppier) saying that they are able to streamline their AR process, in turn allowing them to pay faster and increase operation efficiency. VersaPay charges on two fronts: an outright fee for the software, but more so on the number of ...more
