A lot of insider selling. Three insiders sold a lot and Collin's fund sold 600k shares recently imo.

Good points. I would add that - sales were done before the Intuit news - sale prices below current share price.

Rex50, We sold that 600K share block because we wanted to be below 10%, as reporting every trade is a serious pain. Also, I was told that it was being bought by a large institutional account that was looking to initiate a position and that they are longer term holders and build big positions over time. The sale had absolutely nothing to do with our view on Versapay. Best regards, Colin Fisher
