I understand it sucks when an investment goes down although I predicted this one. Sorry for your hopefully short term lose. Ultimately, I maybe wrong. For your sake, I hope they hit big and the stock sky rockets, however, I don’t think this will happen. As for Harp…guessing…roughly 10 time…might of lost count? However, I didn't see it in the message you replied to? Nobody knows when/how/ or IF, they use these new shares. The purpose of this forum, is to Speculate on a speculative stock based on the little information available. A new filing was posted and I felt it should be shared with fellow SH members. I do appreciate your clarification on the filing, and will admit it makes a lot of sense - BUT - My OPINION is they are also setting the stage for dilution to fund (all or a part) of the intended merger and future drilling. There maybe multiple purposes for the filing, so perhaps were both right…Simply sharing my opinion. Some people say opinions are like Aholes, everybody has one....are you special?
