Evergreen-Agra IncI just want to remind everyone that Harp is the Chairman of the board of this company. It has 823,000 shares out. The last price was $2.05 a share. It has not traded for a while. But from what I can tell it has solid backing and no properties right now. I do not know what is in back of Harps mind but it looks to me like he is trying hard to make a very big company. Maybe he wants to J.V Evergreen with Rango or consolidate them into one big company. Who knows. Harp is a deal guy.
