Whitecap TORC Merger

Whitecap TORC MergerI put together a few thoughts on the merger in the video link below.  Agree with some of the other comments - TORC will be part of a stronger pro forma entity.  For Whitecap,  one of the big benefits is improving leverage ratios (NAL + TORC) takes their debt/EBITDA multiple below 2x.
