Acquisition/merger aside, I fail to see why TOG s/p remains where it is with WTI approaching $48 and very light volume in comparison to its peers.

Nothing more than POOR TOG Management with no fortitude. Sell out to WCP hurting TOG shareholders. In at a lot higher SP than this sellout deal. Why is TOG so Range bound at 58+ oil price?
