Capitalone thing i cant understand is why the company is going to raise $150 million, when it was $170 million in cash already, and has raised $30 million for clinical trials. This will greatly dilute the companies shares, and although the next round of clinical trials is a positive, i dont see why the companys is going out to raise cash on this news alone.
