All my best congratulations and thanks to you "Psalm9012" to have made a complaint to the BCSC and chiefly for all your observations about their ridiculous answer. I gave myself an short opinion of what I think of all those financial organizations which are supposed to be there to protect the public but in fact they are rather there to take care of the interest of all the banks, trading houses,in a word all the big financial institutions.
If, one day, following your work with BCSC, you find a serious reason to take a "Class Action", I will be glad to be part of it. For the moment, I cannot beleave of a possible fraud regarding the Versatile direction. despite I don't understand their conduct. Once more thank you for your work.
