RE:Swimming against the tidethere's nothing left to sell, all the assets have been used as collateral for loans, sold and leased back etc. etc. They have principal payments of lots of the debt outstanding coming up in the next couple of years. The "investment" in GIP was just a shell game, sending them a cheque GIP didn't cash and now that cheque has been returned. If the "investment" was real, why has the $50m not shown up in the share price?? WEII has a market cap <$10m, if they got $50m back wouldn't that market cap reflect that.
