Finally the inevitable.  GIP is a ticking time bomb as well.  I hope they find all the money Jesse has stolen from the business and he can get what he deserves.

Jesse has used this company like a personal piggy bank and hung shareholders, his management team and vendors out to dry with absolutely zero conscience.  Anyone who has known him expects nothing less from this clown.
