Well I think it's good they put out a press release regarding this.  This news will impact how much cash the company will have on hand in the future.  I believe they will push to sell nextbus again because this is the only reason to buy the IP.  The IP is not a revenue generator for the company at this time and it has only served to prevent the sale of the company. The company cannot afford to decrease their cash reserves by 3 million by the end of next year because they are loosing market share and customers.  Bases on this companies past performance they will have a difficult time replenishing this money in the company bank account.  Nextbus  will be sold because they need more cash to survive.
