Why they couldn't just say a date for a decision on IMC in their clarification is beyond me.
It was to be 60 days from FS then became 70 days for IMC decision then 70 day plus 60 extra for closing (plus flagging that this may not even be enough time).
The FS was completed 24 April, so 70 days were up last wednesday. Yet suprise.... no NR!!
bond was to be completed June. No NR
MoU was to be signed June. No NR
i believe that the last totally unclear NR (whether intentionally or by incompetence) confused dates for decisions. Has the 70 day date now changed to 130 days or not?? If not then why no NR last week. If date has changed why wasn't it stated clearly in the NR?????
