RE: No worries for me. Oh, I agree with you in general. I think management is competent and both parties need a deal, and a deal will get done, sooner or later. That is why I continue to hold a rather large position (large for me, anyway). However, I do have some concerns that in the end the deal may not be as sweet as we might wish. Dilution may occur in one form or another, and I'm sure IMC will want the best piece of pie they can get. I certainly hope we get confirmation this week, but as I said before, that's a guess that is as good as any other.
